SCREENBLE: A “screenable” bank instrument is one that has a Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) registration number , International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) or Luxemburg Common Code.  There are other security identifier codes issued by various clearing houses.

CUSIP: Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures

ISIN:  International Securities Identification Number

ESCROW: In all cases, fees are placed in an Escrow Account for the protection of both parties. The Arrangement Fee does not leave the Escrow Account until the Proof of Funds is provided. The mechanism by which the Arrangement Fee is disbursed is detailed in the Principal Agreement
